Softening ear wax 1–2 days before your appointment can make removal quicker and more comfortable.

We can perform microsuctioning for children aged 10 years old and older. For safety reasons, children need to be able to follow directions and remain reasonably still during the procedure. They must be accompanied by a parent or authorized carer, who will provide parental consent for treatment. A parental consent form must be filled out and signed before the procedure.
This depends on your ears. Some people produce wax quickly and may need routine maintenance every 6 to 12 months, while others rarely need it. We will provide personalized recommendations based on your needs during your appointment.
In many cases, yes. If your hearing was affected by wax buildup, you’ll likely notice a noticeable improvement immediately after the procedure.
Most appointments take 15–30 minutes, depending on the amount of wax and how deep it’s located.
